Automated Flows in MarketingPlatform

MarketingPlatform has developed automated flows in series meaning the automated flows react on previous automated flows. You will usually find these features in much more expensive Email Marketing solutions.

We have developed a new type of automated flows that are in the same group with autoresponders and triggers. With the new flows in series, you can create automated flows based on other automated broadcasts.

Imagine a scenario in which your customer is choosing an interest in an ‘update profile’ feature. The Update profile feature is a standard feature in MarketingPlatform, which can be added to all emails and automated emails. The customer chooses for example, ‘’Baking’’ as an interest.

The automated flows in series in MarketingPlatform will listen to new profiles that have ‘’Baking’’ as an interest (interest field is just an example, you can add unlimited numbers of Contact Fields and use them in your flows). When the specific customer chooses ‘’Baking’’ as an interest, a prepared mail will be sent.

If the customer opens the email, this can trigger a new email. In case the customer does not open the email, another mail can be sent, or the customer can be added to a totally different flow. The flow can also be combined with other flows, segments or merge fields and dynamic content.
