Onboarding is the project management process taking over from sales. We ensure new clients the best start with MarketingPlatform and we do our utmost to give them the best service right from the start. We provide either a limited free migration service or a paid full service onboarding project.

As an onboarding service the key tasks are to understand, optimize and plan. We look at their current email marketing setup and optimize it. We listen, discuss and create solutions. We hear their needs and requests and transform them into tasks and opportunities.

It is vital that we can conclude which functions they would benefit from using in order to get full satisfaction from MarketingPlatform. Our information we get from the sales representative and from the client directly.

We have emotional intelligence and can ensure our clients feel understood and met at their level. We adjust to their world.

It is on us to make sure we provide the client with what they bought. We plan, organize and keep everything running smoothly. We ensure they know how to use the platform and that they get full satisfaction of the platform from the beginning.

Your tasks would be:

  • Coordinating and conducting meetings
  • Creating relevant documentation
  • Challenging the client on their solutions and ways of work
  • Coordinating tasks internally and externally
  • Ensuring deadlines are met

We work in teams on each client where each team member has his own qualifications. So we both need people with a technical background, project managers and commercially driven people with an understanding of email marketing automation.

Quality Assurance Tester

Quality Assurance

We’re hiring for 3 new positions of QA Testers to be part of our Quality Assurance department based in Kumanovo, Macedonia.

Job role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products and you will be working with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.

Requirements

  • Working experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role would be an advantage
  • Experience/knowledge in SCRUM and QA methodology
  • Experience/knowledge in Selenium Test Automation Framework would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Basic knowledge of PHP would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language

  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute testing strategies and plans for various products and projects;

  • Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines;
