Statistics and reporting

MarketingPlatform tracks and logs every action carried out by your contacts. We gather information about how many people open your newsletters, what content they click on, who unsubscribes and which email addresses are no longer valid. Unsubscribes and bad addresses are automatically removed from your lists. In addition you can see if your recipients opened your newsletters on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

One-to-Many (deep data)

One-to-Many can handle unstructured data, from, for example, products, transactions, shops, locations and behaviour. Abandoned cart

With the abandoned cart feature, the contents of a shopping cart can be emailed automatically with MarketingPlatform. We can also see which products have been removed from the basket – whether the order was completed or left – and automatically create email and SMS campaign flows. MarketingPlatform allows you to send automated emails that is full of relevant content from your website or shop, Facebook, Instagram, finance system, or a totally different feed. We dynamically read RSS, XML, Facebook and Instagram feeds and can automatically add these into your campaigns and automated flows within a design framework tailored specifically to your company branding and marketing approach.

Intelligent SMS marketing

MarketingPlatform combines SMS and email marketing on one and the same platform. After signing up, SMS messages can be sent easily and quickly to your contacts – and they can unsubscribe at any time with just one click. You can use information from your contacts’ profile in your SMS. And SMS can also be used in your customer-journey flows.

Split testing

Split testing allows you to test different campaigns to a select group of contacts or segment. This ensures that you always have the best campaign – depending on your success criteria. Which campaign did better: A, B or X? Send the best one automatically to the rest of your contact list.
